The Waves Project, an experimental theatre group from New York, wiU perform this adaptation of Virginia Woeffs novel. "The Waves" explores the tension between characters who lead violently internal lives and who penetrate each other's spheres with powerful and at times crushing effects. The experimental nature of the play reflects the blend of dance, theatre and music back grounds of the performers. Circus Vargas is an old fashioned Three-Ring Circus which travels from Coast to Coast appearing under the world’s largest Big Top. The performance lasts over two hours and features flying trapeze artists, foot jugglers, horses, bears, chimps, elephants, Hons, acrobats, clowns, high wire artists and an opening production, "The Circus Vargas Grand Entry."
