The proposed constitution, written by Fred Loveys, will replace the present FSO con stitution if approved by the FSO. Although he does not fully sup port the proposed constitution, Ranjan Ray, executive board chairer, believes it would be easier to use a new constitution than to amend the old con stitution. At the last meeting of the board Friday, Ray told the FSO board ASUO officials told him the FSO budget would probably be un frozen when the board sends the ASUO a letter requesting the unfreezing of the budget and agrees to pay off a loan by the Chinese Student Association.
