Officials of the University Development Fund are presently trying to “identify the Univer sity’s friends.” As the time of the Centennial celebration ap proaches, an intensified effort to enlist donors will be started. Brown and Fisher call their program “friend raising.” They will rely on “friends” of the University to help them in enlisting private support of other “friends” and alumni who are potential donors. Specific dollar figures have not yet been projected for the private support program. However, an administration official said the University might expect somewhere in the neighborhood of 7 to 14 million dollars for special projects and programs. “We want to raise funds to im prove the quality of the University,” he said. The projects being discussed are “something more than what can be carried by the taxpayers.” Officials at the Development Fund, President Clark and Muriel mckson along with the Centennial Needs and Priorities Committee are anxious to receive Endgame Endgame will be held ever for an additional performance Sunday night. 1 Briefs Anyone interested in working on a volunteer basis with the Women's Trans itional Living Center is invited to attend an orientation session from 15 p.m. Sunday, February 4th at the Central Presbyterian Church, 14th and Patterson.
