SAB elects chairman Bob Burke was elected chairman of the Student Ad ministrative Board (SAB) at last night’s meeting after the resignation of former chairman Elizabeth Streukens Three other seats on the SAB Dellenfcack to speak here Fourth district U.S. Representative John Dellenback will be on campus at noon today, speaking at the Community Service and Public Affairs monthly colloquium in the EMU Ballroom. Following a weekend meeting in Portland with Congresswoman Edith Green, D-Ore., and Oregon educators, Dellenback will tour Jackson and Josephine counties. He returns to Eugene next Tuesday for a morning tour of the Eugene Hearing & Speech Center and a noon speech to the Eugene Rotary Club. Two of the openings were created by previous vacancies last term, and the third was created this term by the resignation of Steve Neal. Any person wishing to run for one of the board seats can obtain petitions in room 301 of the EMU. Announcing her resignation, Miss Streukens explained that the chairmanship would “be just too much for me to handle this term.” She said, however, she would remain as a SAB board member. In other business, Dan Perke of the Christian World Liberation Front obtained the board’s ap proval for a folk-rock concert to be held in the EMU Ballroom Saturday, January 16. The concert will feature two local groups and one from Los Angeles. Briefs The UO Objectivist Discussion Group will meet at 3 p.m. Sunday in the EMU. Every alien must report his address during January of each year to the U.S. Immigration abd Naturalization Service. The necessary report form, l 53, should be obtained from a U.S. Post Office. Each foreign student should make this address report promptly. There will be an important meeting of the handicapped program—big brothers and sisters on Tuesday at 12:30, 2:30, or 3:30p.m. at the YWCA. If you can't attend, be sure to contact Annette Lange, ext. 4440 or 4327. There will be an UO Crew meeting at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday night in the EMU for all freshmen and varsity oarsmen. Any persons interested in rowing and unable to attend the first meeting is invited to call Coach Thomson. Kurosawa's detective thriller "High and Low" will be shown by the Film Society at 7 Sunday night in the University Theatre with a delayed second showing at 9:30 p.m. Memberships will be available at the door.
