Meetings Registration for ESCAPE will con tinue through Friday. The first ESCAPE class meeting will be held at 4:30 p.m. today in 150 Science. University Young Democrats will meet at 7 p.m. today in the EMU to discuss plans to attend the Lane County Democratic party platform convention and to attend meetings scheduled to produce platform planks to be presented to the convention. A night class in beginning photogra phy, sponsored by Division of Continu ing Education, has been added this quarter. Registration will be at the first meeting at 7 p.m. today in 318 Allen. Instructor is Robert Embrey. Alpha Kappa Psi will meet at 7 p.m. today in the EMU. The Business Day steering commit tee will meet at 6:30 p.m. today in the EMU. Anyone interested is welcome. Stanton Cook, university biologist and president of Nature Conservancy, and a representative of agricultural interests in the Halsey area will be featured at the Sierra Club luncheon meeting at 12:15 p.m. today in the EMU. They will discuss the pro's and con’s of flood control as it affects the Little Muddy Preserve. Skull and Dagger, sophomore men’s honorary will meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Chi Psi lodge, 1018 Hilyard. The Baptist Student Union will meet in the EMU Thursday at 6:30 p.m. Rm. number will be posted. A junior panhellenic meeting will be held 7:30 p.m. Thursday in Haw thorne. Films, Concerts “My Apprenticeship,” part two of Mark Donskoj’s film adaptation of Maksim Gor’kiji’s autobiography, is the first feature in the Russian film series this term. The film will be shown at 7 p.m. today in 123 Science. Ad mission is free. The industrious, democratic and amiable Danish people and their land are the feature of a color motion pic ture, “Denmark and the Danes,” which will be presented at 8 p.m. today in 150 Science. This is one of the World-Around-Us film-lecture series, sponsored by the social division of the ASUO. Admission is $1- for adults and 50 cents for stu dents and University personnel.
