Keep, visiting profes sor at the University of Wash ington, will talk on “The Mos cow Insurrection of 190S” at 10 a m. Friday in the SU. Keep, who is on the faculty of the school Slavonic Studies at the University of London, is a scholar of considerable breadth and competence in Russian his tory, according to a member of the University’s history depart ment.
