Five children died in a Milwaukee, Wis., fire. Three girls died in a blaze at Morris, 111 , and two girls and an adult were killed in a fire at Gary, Ind. Nehru Accepts End NEW DELHI (UPI) — Prime Minister Nehru said Wednesday night he has accepted the Co lombo proposals for ending the Sino Indian border dispute.
