Policies B\ RODNEY HKIHKS Emerald Staff Writer A World Affairs Week panel delved into the complex issues t»f foreign policy Thursday after noon at 4 p.m. The topic of the discussion held in the SU Dad's Liounge was “The Present State of Our Foreign Policy." History and political science professor Paul S. Dull said that the United States tends to fol low a short-range foreign inilicy of combating crises as they arise instead of planning a long range policy Refering to Dulles’ “brink of war" statement, he said, “More often we use brink manship instead of statesman ship."
