Friday’s events were climaxed at the All-Campus Sing, when Queen Nancy Cham berlain was installed by Maj. Gen. Thomas E. Rilea, commanding general of the Oregon State National Guard. The coronation is pictured at top center. Chi Omega and Minturn Hall were awarded first places at the All-Campus sing. Marilyn Morse and Ginny Swart are shown wel coming their mothers, at top left. Sig Eps, Tri Delts, and Nestor Hall boys working on their float are pictured at top right. Friday afternoon’s activi ties included the Frosh-Soph tug-of-war, won this year by the freshmen. Drenched sophomores, up to their waists in the polutted millrace, are shown at center left. The queen and her court, plus hand some escorts, are pictured at center right.
