The pledg'e. memorializing the six members of the local chapter who died in World War II will be filled by December of 1949. One dollar will be added to each mem ber’s house bill for a period of 15 months and 5250 is anticipated from their alums to round out the pledge. The six men honored by the Sig Eps are: Norman Nysteen, ’42, Bend, killed in action, Alaska, June, '42, 1st Lt., A. A. C. Ehle Reber, graduated '41, Malin, killed in action, Europe, January, '45, capt., A. A. C. Hugh Hoffman, ’41, Portland, killed in plane crash. Burton Osborn, '43, Long Beach.
