Miss Brownell Frasier, asso ciate professor of interior design, will be the main speaker at the assembly to which all girls are invited. Questions are welcome, as Miss Frasier explains how to budget expenses, get along with the available materials, and util ize old ones to decorate. Miss Frasier is well known in Eugene for the interdeco ration jobs she has done in recent years. Most familiar to students of Miss Frasier’s work is the decorating job she did in the browsing room of the library. She was the con sultant on plans for the Waller clinic in Eugene and decorated two dining rooms at the Eugene hotel, as well as other private residences in town. Sally Spies is in charge of the program which is part of a se ries of assemblies sponsored by the YWCA. During the past year assemblies have included discus sions on subjects such as relig ion of coeds.
