What A Man!
There seems to be no limit to
the capabilities of this boy Frank
ie Rmraons. Once before we men
tioned that he was some shucks as
a singer, a la Dick Todd.
And now we hereby tack M.C.
(master of ceremonies) to his
name. For, if you haven’t heard,
Mr. Rmmons will be the maestro
at his fraternity's Sally Rand par
ty Saturday night.
Yes, and Frank may plant the
sweetheart pin on the fan dancer,
too, if Bob Smith doesn’t want the
honor.
A New Beef Trust
A new independent team will
make its appearance on the cam
pus soon. Sponsored by a down
town firm, it will include Buck
Berry, Dick Horne, and Jim Har
ris, the Compton stars who
played plenty of basketball in jay
see ranks; Don Mabee, the Mc
Minnville flash who was on the
varsity squad last year; Frank
Emmons, Bob Smith, I’eevvee Bu
jan, and Jim Shepard.
Quite a beef trust there, but
some of them can really play bas
ketball. Wonder if they’ll chal
lenge Bobby A net’s crew of. speed
sters ?

Sarpola, and John Dick it will be
the second successive Christmas
