Mr. and Mrs. Jon Wilson and son, Tommy, Mr. and Mrs. Clare Meredith and Paula and Yale Parrish spent the weekend in the Lakeview area on a camping and deer huntjng ex pedition. They brought home one trophy. Mrs. Caroline George return ed to her home in Sacramento recently after an extended vis it with relatives in this area and farther north. She is the mother of Mrs. John Rudzik and spent several weeks with the Itudzik family. Joe Konenberg, of Belmont, Calif., visited in Sutherlin recently at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Vcrn Holgate. The former said his father, a long-time resident of Sutherlin, was living in San Mateo, Calif., and was in excellent health.
