The schedule for Monday battles finds t h e Green Rams meeting the Winches ter Wolves in the opener, followed oy me hiverside ligers playing the Fullerton Bearcats at 6:20, the High School Cardinals facing the Eastwood Twins at 7:10, the East wood Bulldogs battling the River side Yankees at 8, the Winchester Wildcats taking on the Fullerton Cougars at 8:50 and the High School Braves playing an all-star team at 9:40. The Minor League (1011 vear olds) teams will take to the field Tuesday to display their skills. Leading off at 5:30 will be the Eastwood Vikings and the Winches ter White Sox. Following at one hour intervals the High School Dodgers will clash with the East wood Owls, the Fullerton Colts will face Riverside Angels, the East wood Athletics will battle the High School Pirates and the Win chester Senators are set to meet the Fullerton Cubs. The ' Minor League games will be four inning affairs. Thursday the Jamboree will draw to a close with the Major League (12-13 year olds) teams set for action. Starting the final night will be the outing between the Riv erside Indians and the Fullerton Mcts. followed by Eames between the Fullerton Reds and the East wood Orioles at 6:30, the Fullerton Phillies and the Green Huskies at 8, and the High School Giants and the Winchester Red Sox at 9;30. Tickets for the Jamboree are be ing sold by the Pec Wee players, with prizes being awarded the top salesmen. Baseball gloves will be presented the two boys taking top honors, while additional awards of passes to the Northwest Regional American Legion Tournament at Legion Field, bats and balls will be awarded the winners from each diamond where Pee Wee compe tition is staged. The Summer Pee Wee program is sponsored jointly by the Kiwanis Club, the Roseburg School District and the City of Roseburg. Darl Thornton serves as co-ordinator for the program, with the coaching be ing handled by Gordon Avery, Win chester; Daryl Watson, Green; Larry Sconce, Fullerton; Glenn Frakes, High School; Dennis But ton, Riverside; and James Tofell, Eastwood. Hare, Hound Auto Outing Scheduled Here Sunday The Vallev-Coast Auto Club will hold a time-distance "hare and hound" Sunday starting at noon at the Roseburg High School parking lot. This is a family evert and will end with a picnic and swimming. The public is invited to participate, and anyone interested is remind ed that a sports car is not a nec essary qualification to enter. Schricker Jumps To 13th In RCA Calf Roping Race Mark Schricker, Sutherlin cow boy, has jumped to 13th in the cur rent point standings for calf roping. Schricker has collected $5,347 in winnings, and has been advancing rapidly during the past few weeks. Dean Oliver, Boise, leads the calf ropers with a total of $15,573 won for the year. The four included Curtis and Ker ry Nading, sons of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Nading, and Shawna and Su sie Baxter, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Baxter. Curtis Nading, participating in the 6-year old bracket, won a first place in the shot put, a first in the 60-yard dash, a second in the broad jump and a third in the 220-yard dash. Kerry Nading competed in the same events. Shawna Baxter competed in the girl's 6-year old category, winning a first in the shot put, a first in the 60-yard dash, a first in the 220 yard dash and a third in the broad jump. Susie Baxter placed fourth in the 60-yard dash and 5th in the 220-yard run. The all-comers meets in Eugene are being sponsored by the Emer ald Empire Athletic Association.
