By ABIGAIL VANBUREN Community Mews Briefs DEAR ABBY: Aren't there men in this world who shave twice a day? lly husband sliavej at 7 A.M. and by 6 P.M. he needs another shave. If we are going out In the evening 1 have to beg him to shave again. It's always a battle, lie hays he'd rather stay home. In all our nine yours of marriage, this is the only thing we've ever fought about. He says if I loved him 1 wouldn't nag him about shaving. I DO love him, but 1 don't want to be seen with a man who looks like he's on his way to hold up a bank! Can you suggest something'' MARCIE DEAR MARCIE: Many mm shavt twice a day and don't mind it a bit. If your man it one of those unfortunate fellows with heavy beard and a tender face, lay off. If he iust lazy. Dromito him anything, but give him persuasion. DKAR ABBY: Did you ever sec a grown man cry? Well, I just did and it's enough to break your heart. I in stationed in (.ei inany and one of my buddies just got a "Dear John" from his girl back home. They'd been engaged two years, lie was nuts about her and talked about her clay and night. He used to "dance" with her picture and sleep witli It under his pillow. He never looked at any other girl, and he had plenty of chances. Ilis girl just wrote and said she was giving his engagement ring to his mother because she was marrying anoth er guy. rica.se, Abby, tell girls back homo not to write guys news like that, but to wait until they get home to break the news. My buddy says he doesn't want to live any more. A BUDDY'S BUDDY I Lc ak buuut: ivi sua n ! many times, but I'll say it again. iWhen girl promises to "wait" for her man who's gone In the serv ice, she should keep that promise. Frequently, that's the only thing that keeps a guy going. DKAR ABBY: What do you think of people who invite you In their home for a visit and have the TV going full blast all the time you are there?
