NOTICE HEREBY is given that at a meet
ing of the Common Council of the City of
Roseburg, Oregon, held June -12, 1961, Ihe
foilowinq resolution was adopted:
"RESOLVED that the Common Council
of the City of Roseburg, Oregon, deems
it expedient and necessary to construct
a sanitary sewer bordered on both sides
of Calkins Road from Jefferson Street
to Lynwood Drive and both sides ot
Lynwood Drive from Calkins Road to a
point 1200 teet North of Catkins Road,
to be known as N.W. Lynwood Sanitary
