FOX Plans fur a fun night at the Ma s y) sonic Temple on April 8 were made at a recent meeting of the (llendale Chapter of the Eastern Star. The event will bo held for members of the Eastern Star and the Masonic lodge aud their in vited Quests. Also taking place at the meeting were reports on Mrs. fred uecrli, who underwent surgery in Oregon City and Paul Eldredge who is recuperating from surgery in a Portland Hospital. Kefreshtnenls were served following the meeting Women Visit Mrs. Gcorae Mill and Mrs. Ed Cote of Cold Beach, formerly of Hold Beach are visiting in Glen dale. Sirs. Mill is staymg at her family home and Mrs. Coale is visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Loyd Coatc and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Young. Mrs. Mill will be joined by her daughter, Georgia Mill, who is a student at Oregon Tech nical Institute at Klamath 1 alls. After Miss Mill is initiated into the Glendale Kebekali hedge, the trio will return to Gold Beach and t'n bring Mill back for the week end. Mrs. Oscar Davidson of Clcndale is now improved following an at tack of food poisoning. Miss Alice Nebel of Glendale is regaining her strength after sev eral weeks of illness at her home. Mrs. James Elliott of Glendale, drove to Klamath Falls recently to spend about a week visiting with her father, J. I. McCrcary. Visits Relatives Jimmy Bowcn of Glendale is spending a week visiting with her uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Neil Butler, in Areata, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Anderson of Glendale have returned from a three-day trip to Alturas, Calif., and Lakcview. Mr. and Mm. Oliver Weischcdel of Azalea are enjoying a visit from her aunt, Mrs. Maude Williams of Watertown, S.D., and from her nephew, Bob Crawford of Tilla mook. The visitors plan to stay for a week. Serviceman Visits At Home In Elkton Jim Dickinson, son of Mrs. Liz Dickinson, recently spent a two week furlough in Elkton at his home, reports Mrs. C. W. Hcnder er, correspondent. Dickenson is in the Air Force and has been stationed in Illinois, lie will be stationed in England after his leave. ' Portland Trip Taken Mr. and Mrs. Dick Saladcn and family spent last weekend in Portland visiting at the Bill Bunch home. Mr. and Mrs. John Pugh spent last weekend skiing on the Wit la motto Pass. Miss Tess Weatlierly of Eugene spent several days this week visit lug at the home of her brother-in law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. C. G tlendcrcr. This will include bringing natural gas in Mamaiii f alls by connecting with the Pacific Gas & Electric Co. California-Alberta pipeline, now under construction, California-Pacific operates elec trical service in California, Ore gon, Ktano, Nevada, Utah, Ari zona and Wyoming. It has natural gas service and telephone service in California, Oregon and Nevada, and water systems in California and Nevada. It owns a no-mile transmission line from Hoover Dam.
