REX HAGER Mrs. Rex llager of Glendale was honored at a surprise pink and blue shower held at the home of Mrs. Bill Cummings Friday eve ning. ..Mrs. Cummings and Mrs. Maurice llager were hostesses. The theme of the party was em phasized by the use of a large slork at the center of a tray of candy cups made of waxed paper shaped and pinned like three-cornered diapers. The hostesses served two cakes. one of which was appropriately dec orated with a stork in the center. Gifts were presented in a bassi net which was, itself, one of the gifts. CountrClub Potduek' To Be Held Sept. 20, Members of the Roseburg Coun try Club are invited to enjoy a potluck dinner and card party Sat urday evening, Sept. 20, at the clubhouse. A social hour will he held at 6:30 p.m. followed by the dinner at 7:30, after which the card play will be enjoyed. Members whose namp begins with A through I are to furnish a meat dish for the dinner; from J to S, a salad, and from T to Z, dessert.
