Mr. Mullins is employed by Mason-Davidson Logging Co. Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy L. Mete a If and son 7. and daughter, 4, have moved from Riddle to Grape Street at Winston. Mr. Metcalf ia employed by Douglas Veneer at Dixonville. Mrs. Robert N. Browning has been ill the last week of influenza at her home. The Brownings' two daughters, Capitola and Anne, spent the week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Ilelliwell. Adolph Johnson has returned to his home in Areata. Calif., follow ing a visit in Roseburg with his brother and sister-in-law. Mr. and Mrs. James Johnson, 146 KE Hoov er St. Mr. and Mrs. Glen W. Lundy have moved here to make their home at 1145 W. Brown. They for merly resided in California and only recently moved lo Canyonville and then to Roseburg. Mr. Lundy is the minister for ine Church of Christ. Judge and Mrs. Carl E. Wimber- ly and Mr. and Mrs. Leland K. Wimber ly and daughter and son. Leslie and Tommy, are bark at their homes in Roseburg, following a trip to Los Angeles, where they enjoyed the Rose Bowl game and visited the Carl E. Wimberlya' son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Charles 1 lea ly, and children. M. and Mrs. Lloyd Gray and son, 10, and daughters. 18, 16 and 15. have moved to 816 W. Harvard The family formerly resided at Bates, Ore., and then at Glide be fore moving here. Mr. Grav is em ployed at the Winston Orchards and Mrs. Grav ia emploved as a nurses aide at Douglas Community Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. B. A. Young are hack at their home in Westmore land, following a trip to l-os An geles to enjoy the Rose Bowl game and to visit the teller's brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. W. E. (Edgar) Buchanan Jr. The night before the Rose Bowl came. they enjoyed the rally celebralion held by I niversity ot Oregon and Ohio teams at the Cocoanut Grove. Edgar Buchanan, who is well known as a motion picture ac tor, is also playing numerous roles now on TV. W hile the Youngs were away their son and daughter, Brrnie and Brooke, stayed with their paternal grandparents, for mer Mayor and Mrs. A. J. Young.
