New Personnel Added To Staff Four new faces will be among department superintendents at the fair this year. Mrs. Carol Season of Riddle, in charge of canning, has had sev eral years of 4-H experience in her field. Mrs. Byron McKean, Hose- burg gardener, will replace Mrs. C. J. Bielman of Sutherlin as head of the floral department. Jack Church will be in charge of the relatively new hobby department. Olalla rancher, Harry Hucklcr, will run the horse department which was re - opened last year by Cordon Baker of Yoncalla. Homer (how. one of the fair board members will also serve again in charge of FFA competi tion. He is FFA advisor. Also in addition to open competition are the 4-H classes at the fair, run by agents Jane Gales and Frank von Uorstel. Other superintendents include Myron Auer, beef and dairy cattle divisions; Howard Hatfield, sheep, goat, and swine divisions; Glen Wellman, chickens: Inez Stancliff. i rabbits; Bill Tipton, fruits, vege tables, and farm crops divisions; Ada Brumback. baking; Mrs. Ar chic Ferguson of Days Creek, tex 1 tiles: Jack West, arts; Mrs. Harry Brubakcr. ceramics; Mrs. Frank j Brown, miscellaneous arts; and John LeDue, photography.
