"She's a real doll." he said. "And the Prince is a charmer." Mrs. Nora Snyder, of Kansas Cily, took a deep breath. "I was just thrilled, absolutely thrilled to meet the Prince." The Americans who spilled out over the Buckingham Palace lawn made no secret of the facl that they came to see, meet and if possible, talk to members of ; the royal family. j Mrs. Benjamin Roth, of Youngs town, Ohio, told the Queen: "We have a daughter who is just like you. But Cameron Thorn, counsel for the j Weddcrburn Resort Owners Assn.. replied extensive river rafting would present a hazard that already had had one near fatal incident. Thorn said last May a log broke loose from a raft, crashed through three lines of anglers' boats, and carried one boat with four persons far downstream. Robert J. Steward, director of tho state de partment of agriculture, said that olher areas will be added to the program as fast as possible. Six members of the pilot inspec tion crew are working in the Jack son and Josephine county plants to train local men appointed as lay inspectors.
