Mrs. Gorg Jackson, who has
been making her home with her
daughter in Eugene for the last
several years, spent a few days
in Roscburg this week visiting and
attending to business.

and sons, 9 and 7, and daugh
ters, 5, 2 and 9 monfhs-old, have
moved to 855 SE Flint St., Rose
Salikie is employed as a log truck
driver for Patterson Logging Co.
Mr. and Mrs. Darwin A. Stawart
are newcomers from Portland.
They have a 5 year-old daughter.

logging industry by Tomlinson
Brothers.
Dr. and Mrs. Paul Tru.blood
and daughter, Susan, of Salem will
spend the weekend in Roseburg
and will attend the silver wedding
celebration Sunday, June 16, of
Mr. and Mrs. George Churchill,
to be hald at their home on the
North Umpqua from 3 to 5:30 in
the afternoon and from 7 to 9 in
the evening. Mrs. Trueblood is a
sister of Mr. Churchill.
A. U. Taylor of Davenport,
Iowa, furmerly of this city, has
arrived here to attend to business.

are expected back this week fol
lowing a vacation of two weeks
which they spent in Washington.

by plane Wednesday for Phoe
