Glide PTA Issues Adult Talent Call The Glide Parent - Teachers Assn., is calling or talent for its .May talent show, reports corres pondent Mrs. Arthur Selby. The proceeds of the show will go toward a scholarship fund. Directors of the show, Kenneth Deacon, Frank Maxwell and Sher man Black have urged all adults in the community interested in appearing in the variety show to attend a tryout. The tryout is scheduled April 16 at 8 p.m. in the high school multipurpose room. Musicians, vocalists, specialty dancers, comedians and any other talented adults are being sought. Claude Butler Elected Skate Club President Claude Butler was elected pres ident of a new dance skating club this week at the Rolleta Skating Rink. Others' elected to office were: Bob Sanders, vice president and Alayne Serafin secretary. The group meets every Monday at 7:30, and anyone interested. in learning to dance skate is wel come.
