Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wise of Eugene arrived in Koseburg Wed nesday to spend a couple of days visiting friends. During their stay they were the houseguests of Mr. and Mrs. Les Frisk and family. Joa Hackenburf of Roseburg has returned to his borne, following a trip to Phoenix, Aril., where he was one of two salesmen selected by the Fuller-Brush Company to attend the company's convention there. Ernest Aymond, who owns I large ranch at lllahee, left Thurs day on the Great Northern out of Portland for Fargo, Grand Forks, Winnipeg, St. Paul, Chicago, St. Charles and St. Louis to enjoy a couple of months visiting relatives and friends. NAMED CHAIRMAN SALEM S. B. Hall. Trout- dale, was reelected chairman of the state Board of Agriculture Wednesday. Let Holliday. Klamath Falls. was reelected vice chairman, and Ross Collie, Hood River, ia the new secretary. The officers serve one year. The board adopted a resolution praising J. F.
