I Plaintiff asks judgment against de- j fendant for recovery of $1,813.85 and interest remaining on a SI.-' 913.85 promissory note and $450 at torney's fees. State Highway Commision vs. Charles P. and Myrtle S. Garrett and Community Gas and Oil Co. Plaintiff asks condemnation of more than six acres of defendants' land which plaintiff claims is nec essary for widening and improving the Oakland-Deady section of High way 99, Community Gas and Oil holds oil leases on land. Plaintiff also asks that jury be empaneled to determine compensation for land. Norman D. Price vs. Dollar-Patterson Co. Plaintiff states he was hired on a yearly basis as a survey or on an oral contract with an an nual retainer of $3,600 in 1954. Says was paid $4,500, but $2,700 is still due. Asks judgment for this amount. Also asks $498.33 alleged ly due for special services per formed. Coen Supply Co. vs. F. J. Ku- cera. Plaintiff claims $935.66 is j still due on building materials and labor allegedly furnished. Roy G. and Marvel B. Ramey vs. William M. (Cap) and Faye F. Hanks.
