Sat., April 21, 1956 Johnston Of Oakland Awarded Honor Key Sidney M. (Mike) Johnston was awarded the Pi Sigma Alpha key to Beta Theta Chapter of the Uni versity of Oregon recently, and has been elected president of Beta Theta. The former is a national political science honor society. Johnston makes his home with his foster father, Art Parent in Oakland. He is a graduate of Poly High School and Long Beach City College in Long Beach, Calif. CHARTER PRESENTED A scout representative was pre sent at a recent meeting of the Riversdale Community Club. He presented the charter for the Riv ersdale Cub Pack 143 to President Bob Davis. The next meeting will feature demonstrations by the Cub Scout and Bluebird groups sponsored by the club. Refreshments will be served. AMBULANCE DELIVERED A second ambulance has been delivered to Vernon Little of Oak land. The new vehicle is complete ly equipped, reports the Sun-Tribune, Sutherlin.
