India Billy Graham's followers Tuesday plan nrd what they hoped would be 3 triumphant four-day New Delhi visit for the American evangelist including a private meeting with .Prime Minister Nehru. Organizers of Graham'n New Delhi stay said he would see Nehru some time oer the weekend. Graham, who is now louring i southern India, is scheduled to ar-J rive here f rutay. 1 tie lonowing three days he is scheduled to address public meeting with 16, 000 persons expected at each. India's Christian health min ister, Jiajkuman Amnt Kaur, a leading figure in the entourage of Mohandas Gandhi, will preside at the fir.st public meeting, according to the organizers. MITATIOHS Vm-1 Air Force Will Add B52 Bombers To Bomb Wings WASHINGTON Hie Air Force said here that it will start in April feeding B:2 all-jet bum twr. to heavy bomb winys now equipped with B& boinrn-rs. It estimated the job of replacing the 1130s will take several jears. The -Hind Wing, based at 1-oring Air rone Base in Maine, is the lirst of the group scheduled to get B.i2 Stratofortresses. One winK, formerly using B47 medium jet bombers, already is equipped with Hlj2s. it is stationed at Castle Air Base in California. The Air Korce now has more than Ml li'Ms, the world's first intercontinental bombers. They arc allocated to 10 wings. The Btt, which is being built by the Hoeing Airplane Co. at plants in Seattle and Wichita, Kans., flies at about 650 miles per hour and has a range of 6.000 miles. Like the B36, it is capable of car rying the largest and heaviest bombs, whether conventional or nuclear. The Air Force said the oldest BM's will be dismantled and used as a source of spare parts. Charles Kd ward Taylor, 87, died in Foothill Sanitarium last night during an asthma attack.
