Union President's Car Damaged By Explosion COLUMBUS, Ohio I An ex plosion Monday badly damaged the parked car of Charles Clark, pres ident of Local 746, International Union of Electrical Workers. No one was Injured. The union struck the Westinghouse plant here Oct. 17. The car bombing waa the latest development in the strike situation here, intensified by a back-to-work: movement which started last won- I ma, Ohio. In Baltimore, ten pickets, includ ing the local union presioeni, member of the international nego tiating committee and an interna tional representative, were arrest ed Monday outside a strikebound Westinghouse Electric Corp. plant. Police charged them with disor derly conduct. They said the pick ets weren't keeping far enough apart. At Edison. N.J., Louis Zimmer, president of the 1EU local, and another picket were arrested out side the Westinghouse plant Sun day night on disorderly persons charges.
