John II. Childers, 32, and his wife, Marjory, 31, were charged with child neglect and drunken ness. Each was released Monday morning after posting $250 ball. Policemen Earl Biggs and Robert Jarvis said they went t o the Childers home on complaint of neighbors who reported hearing the three children, aged 6 months, 1 Vi and 4 years, crying inside. They said the parents later returned from a nearby tavern and admitted leaving them unattended while on a two-day drinking party. The youngsters found in the house and three other Childers children, 3 Vt, 5 and 8, found later in a nearby park, were taken by ambulance to a nursery home where they were put under pro-j tective custody. .MODEST 31 A MM AS Trttfeaurt Ktfittrt4 U S PateM Ofce .iLllF 'Look, Lady, this r-LAM - V J At Newifeai MINUTE LATER!.'
