A large group of enthuiasts gathered Sunday afternoon for some preliminary try-outs of the track and it is reported that the track will be used for practice and possibly contests between other motorlcycle clubs. Farming Sfarted The bright sunshine and favor able tcmptratures of the past week have brought out farming and gardening operations. The or chardists are working early and late to complete cultivating before the ground hardens. No definite predictions can be made as yet for the probability of fruit crops, hut the indications point to a fair crop of apples and pears.
