Richard Terho, airman appren
tice, has gone to the Naval avia
tion and electronics school at Nor
man, Okla.. following a short leave
in Roseburg.
A 1954 graduate of Roseburg
High School, Terho is the son nf
Mr. and Mrs. Donald Terho. He
entered the Navy in January.
After a two-month course in Ok
lahoma, he will go on to an ad
vanced school. Ho recently com
pleted initial training at San Diego.

tic posts in the Glide High School are Duke Bevans, vale
dictorian, and Charles Ferguson, salutatorian. Bevans Has
a four-year grade average of 1.2 and has been president
of the student body this year. Ferguson has a grade point
average of 1.9 for the four years and has been president
of the Boy's Leogue this year., He also coptained, lost

named salutatorian of Riddle High School for the Class
of 1955 and David Kinkade is valedictorian. Both men
have been active in school organizations, Jenkins having
