In Fair Condition Jim Welch, owner of the Lone Rock Market, is reported to be in fair condition at Douglas Commun ity Hospital, according to Mrs. Welch. Welch drove to the airport March 11 expecting to take a plane In Portland on a business trip. Mrs. Hilda (Tillie) Rockwell was released Wednesday from the Douglas Community Hosp:tal to recuperate at the home of friends in Roseburg. Mrs. Rockwell suf fered a broken right leg above the ankle in a fall at her home early Monday morning. The leg is in a cast with steel heel and she will learn the use of crutches.
