Miss Carnaghan was baby sit ting with the child the day Deena was found dead face down in a puddle of water in front of the Starzman home. It was reported at a case of accidental drowning. Prosecutor Paul Klasen had the baby's body exhumed on Mrs said she had nothing against her Baines' request and a pathologist gave the cause of death as a heavy blow on the head.
