Local News : I ; li Returns To Mdford Mrs. Jack Suksdorf has returned to' her: home in Medford, following a (ew days in Roseburg attending to business and visiting relatives and friends. The SuksdorC family for merly resided here. At Casey Horn Mrs. J. L. Cauthorn of San Francisco, who has been spending the last sev eral weeks at the summer place of her sister, Mrs. M. Hazel Dix on, on the North Umpqua River, is now visiting at the home of her cousin, Miss Helen Casey, on Blakeley Street. Move To Eugene Mr. and Mrs. Red Reed and son moved from Roseburg to Eugene Mon day into the home they, recently purchased. Mr. Reed owns the Ted Reed Motors in Eugene and was formerly owner of the Nash agency in Roseburg. While here, the Reeds resided on Overlook. Marcalls Rtturn Horn Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Marcell and chil dren, Diane and Richard, have returned to their home in Menlo Park, Calif., following a visit in Roseburg with Mrs. Marcell s par ents, Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Taylor, in Laurelwood. Mrs. Marcell is the former Athalie Taylor of this city. Mr. Marcell has spent the last tour months working in Alaska. Attend Wedding Lawrence and 'Rhinehart Motschenbacher. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Elliott and children, Sally. Robert and Jon and Mrs. E. L. Elliott, all of Klamath Falls; Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Muncy and daughter. Darla Portland, and Mr. and Mrs. Ben Burgess and children, Benny and Patricia, of Coos Bay, came to Roseburg Saturday for the Ger retsen Motschenbacher wedding ana to spend the weekend visitni Lawrence and Rhinehart are bro thers of J. P. Motschenbacher. Mrs. E. L. Elliott is the mother of Mrs. Motschenbacher and Rob- ' ert Elliott it her brother.- Mrs, Burgess is a niece. The Burgess family came to Roseburg in their private plane. The Muncys are . lormer residents of this city and close friends ot the Motschenbach er family. Thomas, husband of Mrs. Heinline's step-mother. Mr. Thom as dropped dead Aug. 19 at his home. Mrs. Heinline accompanied Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Caraway of Roseburg to Portland and back. The Carawaya visited relatives and attended to business during their stay in Portland. Expected From Dayton An expected visitor at the home of Rev. and Mrs. Kenneth Dooley on Vine Street Thursday is Dr. M. N. Berger, representative from the department of church exten sion, general board of missions from the Evangelical United Brethren headquarters at Dayton. Dr. Btreer plans to survey the grounds of the North Roseburg Church to make recommendations in regard to future expansion.
