Notice of The 1952-53 Budget Meeting, Douglas County, Oregon
Pursuant to the provisions of the "Local Budget Law", being sections 110, 1201 to 110,1215, 0. C. L. A. and amendments thereto, notice
Is hereby given that the Budget Commit'.:; of Douglas CouDty, Oregon, in compliance with said law prepared and adopted on the 22nd day
of April, 1952, the budget estimates for said Douglas County, Oregon, for the ensuing fiscal year beginning July 1st, 1952 and ending June
JO, 1953, as set forth in the accompanying schedules. il
All oersons are hereby notified that on Monday the 23rd day of June, 1952, commencing at 10:00 o'clock In the forenoon of said day,
Pacific Standard Time, In the Circuit Court Room at the Courthouse in Roseburg, Douglas County, Oregon, said budget estimates forthe
ensuing fiscal year beginning July 1, 1952 and ending June 30, 1953, for Douglas County, Oregon, may be discussed with the County Court,
the levying board of said county, and any person subject to the propos ed tax or tax levies, or any part thereof, will be heard in favor of or
against said proposed tax levy or tax levies, or any part thereof, will he heard in favor of or against said proposed tax levy or tax levies, or
nv part thereof. The estimates of the expenditures to be rc-quired, the hce'laneous revenues to be received, and the taxes on the property
proposed to be levied as prepared by said budget committee and adopted on the said 22nd day of April, 1952 are set forth in the accompany
ing statements and said statements show a summary of the lndebtedn If any, as of April 1st, 1952.
The original estimate sheets as required by Section 110-1201 O. C. L. A. have been placed on file In the office of the County Clerk
of Douglas County, Oregon, at Roseburg in said County, and may be inspected by any person or persons interested therein.
