Yule Bonus Can't Be Cut Without Union's Consent WASHINGTON - UP) - The National Labor Relations board has ruled that where a Christmas bonus has been paid regularly, an employer may not reduce it with out taking the matter up with the union. In cutting bonuses, the firm said it did so because it had increased pension fund payments.
