When added together the clues will add up to some well-known abject with the final object clue given on the night Watch show at 10:45. First clue: "It's a natural phe nomenon." Senate Group Advises Postal Rat Increases WASHINGTON (tP -The sen ate post office committee has ap proved a postal rate rise bill which it estima.s will yield slightly un der 1300,000,000 ia additional rev enue. The measure would increase the rate on postal cards from 1 to 2 cents; first class mail from 3 to 4 cents on the first ounce; air mail letters from 8 to 8 cents an ounce and air postal cards from i to 5 cents.
