City Inspector C. H. Boniols an
nounced that he had issued a atop
work order on the Trued apartment
extension, as the rear of the new
building is too close to the rear
property line.
The rear property line runs at an
angle, so that only the northeast

by the 10-foot aetback line require
ment. Boniols said that the apart
ment owners are attempting to
purchase additional property in the
rear to legalize construction of the
building.
The addition to the Trued apart
ments, located on Chadwick street,

building immediately to the rear
of the apartments now occupied.
