Calif., was captured by prowl car officera here Thursday three minutes alter an attempt to hold up a neighborhood giucery store. Detective Chief James Kintf of the Yakima police identified the GI as Jack Robert Melvin, 18. King said Melvin admitted being A'vVOl, from Ft.
