To Meet Tuisday Ducky Daughters will meet Tuesday night, Aug. 8. at 7:30 o'clock at the home of Mary Margaret Cobb, 740 S. Jackson street. Mess of Roseburg left Saturday for points in the north eastern part of Saskatchewan, Canada, to spend three weeks vi siting relatives. Eniey Weekend Mr. Robert Burton and daughter. Mr. Houser attended to business and his sons visited their maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred A. Knight, on West First street. Ltavo For Portland Attorney and Mrs. William W. Knight and twin daughters, Jeanne and Jo anne and son, Philip, left Sunday for their home in Portland. Mrs. Knight and children- have been here two weeks visiting her par ents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry F. Hat field. Thev were joined here Fri day by Attorney Knight, who spent the weekend visiting his par ems, Mr. and Mrs. Fred A. Knight. They will be joined in Portland this coming weekend by Mrs. Clark Leedy, formerly Meredith Anne Jenkins, who will accompany them on a vacation trip.
