Scott has asked $12,500 and legal costs from Pa cific Telephone and Telegraph company. The Portland physician said the company omitted his name from the directory from June, 1948, un til June, 1949. Lanms. chairman of the North Roseburg sanitary dis trict board ot directors, announced today that all phases of the sewer work are now under construction. The trunk sewer construction, un der contract to Miller and Tallon ol Roseburg is more than 50 per cent completed. Lee Hoffman, contractor for the sewage treatment plant, and Drake Plumbing Co. of Eugene, contrac tor for the mains and laterals, both started excavation this week, said Landis. The chairman expects the sewer system to be completed and reaily for use by early winter.
