Gary Davis Now Faces Bankruptcy Suit Also LOS ANGELES, (JP) Gary Davis, who faces trial on grand theft charges in connection with his plans to make a three-wheeled car, now faces a bankruptcy suit. H. B. Goldman and Donald and Raymond Malby have filed an in voluntary petition in bankruptcy against Davis in federal court ac cusing him of transferring or con cealing personal property in the form of money. The trio asserted they are his creditors. The court gave Davis 10 days to submit his accounts. UP) Farmers in Pennsylvania's Bed ford county tightened their Belts today to battle an invading army an army ot caterpillars. Thousands of the pests identi fied by county farm agent L. R, Mollenauer as army worms have been moving across a Bedford farm area leaving devestayon in their wake. Scollard, in an acci dent disability suit against the State Industrial Accident commis sion. The jury ruled that the plaintiff did "suffer in accident by violent external means in the course of his employment on or about Au gust 25, im."
