Msy 12 VPt A truck bound for Coos Bay, Ore., was destroyed by fire Wednes day, but the owners riding in H escaped with only singed eye brows. Truckers Neil Iloking and E. L. Gessig reported they were driv ing from Lorenio. Calif., when a motorist flagged them down and reported their truck ablate. Dam age to the vehicle was set at $30,- 000. Mrs. Nicholson was left $2,000,000 from the $10,000,000 estate of her father, inventor Peter Cooper Hewitt. She filed a $500,000 dam age suit against her mother and two doctors, charging that she had been sterilized so there would be no heir to challenge her father's fortune. The suit never came to trial, however, because all the de fendants were dead. Ann was re conciled with her mother at her death. Mrs. Nicholson msrried her f urth husband in 1947, the day after his wife committed suicide in San Francisco. He was a disc jockey known as Rodeo Roy. In her divorce suit yesterday, Mrs. Nicholson alleged cruelty.
