LV The driver of a logging truck was Instantly killed Monday in Nis- qually Canyon, above Eatonville, Pierce Count, when crushed by logs which broke loose from another passing truck. He was tentatively Identified by Bill Stratton of Eatonville, as -Guy Thomas, 43, of Mossy rock. SEATTLE, June 7.-P) The tug Chilkoot, well-known in Alas ka waters, caught fire and burned to the water-line Monday off Rocky Point near Montague Is land in Alaska waters, the Coast Guard reported. But now comes along Ann Seranne with a little book called The Art of Egg Cookery. In it, she lists these ways of dressing up plain fried eggs. Serve fried eggs with French fried onion rings and flat sau sage. Serve fried eggs on fried slices of ham and garnish with small sauteed mushroom caps. Serve fried eggs with corn frit ters. Serve fried eggs with sweet breads which have been dipped in egg and crumbs and fried in but ter. Serve fried eggs with fried fil let of flounder dipped in batter and crisp bacon. Serve fried eggs with a little thickened gravy on top of the yolk and accompanied by chicken livers cooked in sherry. Serve fried eggs with pan broiled ham slices and pineapple slices. The Art of Egg Cookery also goes in for scrambled eggs but in a somewhat dressy manner. E-jgs Rialto - (Serves 3) One-half pound mushrooms, 5 tablespoons tutter, 6 eggs, 3 ta blespoons heavy cream, salt, pep per, 1 teaspoon Wocestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon grated onion, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley, 2 table spoons grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon snerry, n aesirea. Slice the mushrooms and saute in 2 tablespoons of the butter un til' golden brown. Melt the re maining butter in a frying pan and when hot pour in the eggs and cream, which have been light ly beaten togetner. Add salt and papper to taste, the Worcester shire sauce, the grated onion. Scramble. When the eggs are al most done, add the parsley. cheese and the sherry, if desired.
