With Relatives Misses Barbara and Jackie Lamb are now stay ing at the home of their relatives, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Plummer of Roseburg. The girls reside at Yamhill, Ore., and are working in Roseburg. Returns to Portland Mrs. L. L. Richards and her sister. Miss Doris Porter, returned to Port land Sunday evening after spend ing the weekend in Roseburg visiting Mrs. Richards' son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. B. R. Shoemaker Jr. On Furlough Wally Crook, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. V. Crook, Rose burg. recently joined the armed forces and is now home on leave. Crook visited the Senior High School Monday, where he for merly attended school. He will appear on the High School radio broadcast today. Visiting Here Mr. and Mrs. Karl Kimmell and small son, Max, of Eugene have been visit ing relatives and friends In Rose burg the last few days. They formerly made their home here. Mr. Kimmell Is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Max Kimmell of this city.
