Announcing this, a Board mem ber said conferences will be held separately with spokesmen for the nation's class one railroads and representatives of 16 labor organizations which speak for the vast majority of the "non operating" employes. The Unions gave notice last April 10 that they would ask a 25 cents-an-hour wage increase, re duction in hours from 48 to 40 a week without reduction in pay, time and a half for Saturday work and double time for Sunday.
