Hennlnger of Henninger's Marts has returned to his home in Rose burg, following a few days in Glendale attending to business. Back from Eugene Dell V. Rast has returned to his home In Roseburg, following a two-day stay in Eugene visiting his daugh ter, Mrs. Phil Evasnenko, and family. Visit at Hood River Rep. and Mrs. R. C. Gile and daughter, Nancy, spent the weekend at Hood River visiting Rep. and Mrs. E. Riddell Lage. En route home, they stopped at Bonneville Dam. Moves to Reedsport - A. F. Shukle of Roseburg has left for Reedsport to take over a taxi business, which he recently purchased. Returns to Work Mrs. Her man Dagwell has returned to her work at Senior High School, hav ing recovered from a . recent ill ness at her home. Visiting at Seely Home Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Smith of Davis burg, Mich., have arrived in Rose burg to spend a week - visiting their son-in-law and daughter. Dr. and Mrs. Hall Seely. Prim rose, advance publicity man of the Clyde Beatty Circus, was in Roseburg Wednesday, making arrangement for the circus which will make a showing Sun day, May 23, in Edenbower. Boyles and Mrs. Andy Schlick have returned to their homes in Roseburg, following a trip to Klamath Falls to attend the state P.-T.A. convention on delegates from Roseburg. Of spe cial interest at the convention wis Dr. Cramer's panel discussion with Miss Bertha Kohlhagen, state supervisor of Home Eco nomics, as principal speaker. Rose School Sets May Day Program The annual May Day program presented by the children of the Rose School will be held In the gymnasium of the Senior High School, Friday, May 7, at 1:30 o'clock. The change in location is made because of the rainy weather. The program will consist of songs, folk dances, and the wind ing of May poles. Degree work, starting at 7 p.m., will be a feature of the evening with the class of candidates being made up of representatives from all the visiting chapters. Reames Chapter, from Giants Pass, with Chester D. Hyatt presiding, will confer the past master degree. Laurel chapter, witli Sam A. Warg, presiding, will confer the most excellent master degree. The reunion will be highlighted by an official visit of Horace E. Get of Klamath Falls, most ex cellent grand high priest of the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Ma sons of Oregon. He will be accom panied by several other Grand Chapter officers, including Robert K. Dodge of Ashland, Vernon A. Turpln of Medtord, Floyd M. Ed wards of Albany, and Lloyd Griggs of Cottage Grove.
