B Mrs. Lavina Louetta Peterson, 37-year-old Boise mother, was held In a Boise hospital on an open charge yesterday affer a newly born infant was found Saturday in a garbage can. Police Detective James W. Bran don said Mrs. Peterson had made a statement to him and Ada County Prosecuting Attorney James W. Blaine saying the baby was born unattended in the alley and stuffed In the garbage can Thursday night. Ada County Coroner Clyde E.
