The girls rooked two meals, one Friday eve ning and one Saturday morning. n Saturday, the group solicited the Kdenbower district for the March of Iimes and secured $'.) for the fund. A sururise birthday party was given hv the group in honor of Mrs. Domenieo. Members pres ent were Dorothy, Elizabeth and Lucille Miller. Catherine Raade, Mary Jean Wilson and Shirley Pltisrd. The group meets every Friday at 3:30 o'clock at St. Joseph's Catholic school. Mrs. I.ilu Nans had charge of the meeting in the absence of the president, Jennie Nesselh, who is ill. A letter was read from Mrs. Al len thanking the group for soon sorlno a Benson School Camp Fire group. The Junior division voted to give the group a Valen tine party at the church. Dorothy McSay reported on the County C E. convention to be held in the church February fi-7. Elsie Coflcll told of the World Day of Prayer to be held at the Christian Church February 13. The next meeting was announced for February 17 to be held at the home of Mrs. Ernest Hlgginhotham. The cake was circled with yellow rosebuds and ferns, while mixed cut flowers formed the room decorations. Mrs. Alvin Airman had charge of the uest book. Out-of-town quests included Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Klassen, par ents of the bridegroom; James rnruth and Ronald Durrksen, all of Ihllsboro. Kansas. For traveling the bride chose a gray gabardine suit with black accessories. Her corsage was of gardenias.
