(-'PI Ml Lydia Cirillo, described by her at torney as an "innocent victim of love," faced a prison term of four years and one month today for the fatal shooting of a British Army captain who allegedly jilted her for a younger Italian woman. The court ruled that she must serve three and a half years in a mental institution after complet ing her prison term. miss cirillo s lawyer had main tained she killed "in defense of the honor of Italian women." April 8. m The Coos Bay water district which takes In this city and North Bend, has been declared illegal by Circuit Judge King. Water district commissioners plan to appeal to the State Su preme Court.
